The Kids on the Block Puppet Show

We were extremely happy to invite The Kids on the Block Puppet Troupe to stage two sessions of puppet shows for primary 1 to 4 students on 28^th November. The puppet show illustrated the importance of respecting individual differences among our peers. Engaging characters highlighted how to support classmates with ADHD and special learning difficulties. By embracing diversity, we recognized that each person brings unique strengths, enriching our learning environment for everyone.

English Sports Fun Day

Our school organized an exhilarating English Sports Fun Day that echoed the spirits of the 15^th National Games. We hosted a series of exciting events like bowling game, mini golf game and Switch table tennis VR game. The highlight was the 15^th National Game English Quiz, where students embraced the thrill of beanbag throwing while testing their knowledge of different sports items. Finally, P4 to P6 students had an immersive experience of pony riding, feeling like true athletes in a virtual arena. It was a fantastic day filled with positive energy and opportunities to speak English!

Halloween X STEAM Party Day

On Halloween Day, our school was beautifully decorated, setting a truly festive and spooky atmosphere. Both students and teachers donned fantastic costumes! Students eagerly engaged in interactive games at the English booths and enjoyed the Trick-or-Treat Parade.

Students also had a pleasurable time at the STEAM party show, where we presented a dramatic Superhero story. In this tale, students gained superpowers to defeat evil spirits by conducting a series of scientific experiments. They were captivated by the stunning magical effects produced by the air cannon, bubbling potions, fire in the palm, and dry ice smoke! 

Interactive Picture Book Storytelling

To help students develop a love for reading, we have invited a group of experienced volunteers from Books and Beyond Reading Club to stage an interactive storytelling session. Students had a dramatic reading of the storybook “You Get What You Get”. They were guided to explore the theme of emotional control through examining the acts and thoughts of the characters. Students had great fun participating in the interactive comprehension games too!

Students had a dramatic reading of the storybook “The Lion Inside”. They were guided to explore the theme of bravery through examining the acts and thoughts of the characters, which elevated their social and emotional skills. Students had great fun participating in the interactive comprehension games and grammar activities too!

A book is a gift that you can open again and again!

Halloween X STEAM Party Day

On Halloween Day, every corner of our school was fantastically decorated, creating a spook-tacular festive atmosphere. Both students and teachers showcased their wonderful costumes! Students were thrilled to take part in the interactive English booth games and the Halloween dance. 

P.5 and P.6 students also enjoyed an amazing STEAM party show. We presented a dramatic Superhero story in which students acquired superpowers to conquer the evil spirits through conducting a series of scientific experiments. Students were mesmerized by the eye-catching magical effects created by the air cannon, bubbling potions, fire in the palm and dry ice smoke! 

Last but not least, our principal turned into Dinosaur Wong and gave everyone a surprise. Trick or Treat! Everyone was indulged in these pleasurable English learning experiences!

65周年Acrostic Poem Writing

65周年一人一祝福語創作活動

To celebrate the school’s 65th anniversary, P.1-P.6 students wrote some anniversary wishes in English for our school. They filled heart-shaped cards with blessings and colourful pictures. Students were keen to share the happiness of the school’s birthday. The cards they designed were put up on the board for display to our guests and visitors on the school’s Open Day.
